By joining this site (‘YourTownSpace’) you agree to adhere to the following guidelines as presented in the privacy policy. As a user (‘member’) of the website (‘YourTownSpace’) you understand that you alone are responsible for any information posted, submitted, or displayed on your user (‘member’) profile, a town profile, or anywhere related to the site (‘YourTownSpace’). For your safety and confidentiality it is your responsibility to keep your username & password secure and to not let another person use the website (‘YourTownSpace’) while signed in as you with your username & password. It is optional to submit demographic data. The only requirements to become a user (‘member’) of the website (‘YourTownSpace’) are a username, password, an email address assigned to you, your first and your last name, and your acknowledgement that you agree to the terms of agreement (www.yourtownspace.com/terms.php) and privacy policy (www.yourtownspace.com/privacy.php) as set forth by the website (‘YourTownSpace’). 

 

Demographic data will not be individually presented on any part of the website (‘YourTownSpace’). The data you submit relating to the demographic questions and the demographic data submitted by other users (‘members’) of the same town will collectively be displayed to represent the town as a whole and not any individual user (‘member’). YourTownSpace will not share this information with any affiliate or third party, and the only persons with access to the individual data will be the administration of YourTownSpace through the administration panel.

You as a user (‘member’) agree to:

 

1)      To not post, submit, or display any information, data, or photos that may be considered harmful, illegal, or in any way offensive and inappropriate to any specific individual (regardless if the individual is a user (‘member’) of the website (‘YourTownSpace’) or not) or to a company, organization, society, group, town/city, or community. Information that may be considered harmful, illegal, or offensive and inappropriate is based on the sole discretion of the administration of YourTownSpace.

2)      To not post, submit, or display any of your or another individuals personal information, or that of a company, organization, or group. This includes all information that is secure but is not limited to addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, credit card numbers, banking information, passwords, usernames, etc.

3)      To not provide your login details to another user (‘member’) or non-user (‘non-member’).

4)      To not provide false information and data on your user (‘member’) profile, on the town billboards, in the category ratings & comments, in your demographic question answers, in the local favorites, and to not upload photos or images on your user (‘member’) profile album or town profile album that do not belong to you, are in any way offensive, inappropriate, harmful, or illegal, or that falsely represent yourself, another individual(s), or a company, organization, society, group, town/city, or community.
